Click "Sign Up" in the top navigation bar. You can register with your email address or sign in with a social account. Once registered, you can start buying, selling, and exchanging right away.
Yes! Creating an account, listing items, and browsing are completely free. We only charge a small fee on completed transactions that use our secure escrow service.
After signing in, click "Sell" in the navigation bar. Fill out the listing form with a title, description, photos, price, and your preferred transaction type (sell, exchange, or both). Your listing will be live immediately.
When you purchase an item, your payment is held securely in escrow. The seller ships or delivers the item, and once you confirm receipt and satisfaction, the payment is released to the seller. This protects both parties.
Absolutely! Use the built-in messaging system to communicate with sellers. You can discuss prices, ask questions about items, and agree on terms before initiating a deal.
We support various payment methods through our secure escrow system. The specific options available depend on your region. All payments are processed securely.
If a listing is marked "For Exchange," you can propose a trade using one of your own listings. The other party reviews your offer, and if both agree, the exchange is facilitated through our deal system.
Yes! ExMarket supports trading items for services and vice versa. For example, you could offer web design services in exchange for a camera. Just set your listing's transaction preference to "Exchange."
Users are verified through email confirmation. Our rating and review system helps build trust — after each completed deal, both parties can rate each other. Look for user ratings and transaction history when evaluating a listing.
With escrow transactions, you can dispute the deal before confirming receipt. Our support team will review the case and mediate. For direct exchanges, we recommend inspecting items at meetup or immediately upon delivery.
Click the "Report" button on any listing detail page. Select a reason (e.g., scam, counterfeit, inappropriate content) and provide details. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
Go to your Profile page and find the listing under "My Listings." Click the listing to open it, then use the Edit or Delete buttons. Active deals cannot be deleted until they're resolved.
Yes! Click the heart icon on any listing card to save it to your favorites. Your favorites are stored locally on your device for quick access. You can also use the "Recently Viewed" section on the homepage.
Go to your Profile page by clicking your avatar in the navigation bar. You can update your name, profile photo, and other details from there.
